Welcome to GC nikesample.com, before you can access our services, please take a moment to review and confirm terms and conditions about sample usage:

1. You acknowledge sample is company asset and could only be used for business purpose only.
2. You acknowledge and will seek senior director's awareness and email approval when you submit a sample
    borrow request.
3. You acknowledge you have the responsibility to keep sample in a safe environment to avoid the product
    information leakage risk, and the security tag on sample should not be taken off without sample team’s
    permission.
4. You acknowledge sample must be 100% returned on time.
5. You acknowledge any unreturned sample information will be recorded and reported.
6. You acknowledge sample is not the right asset for consumer-facing scenarioes, In case that the sample
    product will be used for marketing shooting purpose and other consumer-facing scenarios as exception,
    please note: the borrower is obliged to make sure the marketing materials (e.g. pictures/videos) will be
    validated/confirmed by BI team before any such materials’ release, avoiding potential legal/compliance
    due to the discrepancies between sample and final products.

As per NIKE's China Rider to Government Officials Gifts & Hospitality Policy, “Government Official”
refers to：
  • Any employee, officer, or person acting in an official capacity for a local or national government (e.g., city government officials); a government department, agency, or instrumentality (e.g., fire department, local police); a public international organization (e.g., the World Bank); a commercial enterprise owned or controlled by a government (e.g. companies, sports federations, leagues or teams, landlords of state-owned enterprises); or a charity organization controlled by government officials;
  • Politicians, political candidates, party officials, members of ruling or royal family,
  • Family members, close friends and agents of above government official’s categories are also considered government officials.

Examples of government officials in China:
  • Custom officials
  • Health and safety inspectors
  • Construction permits inspectors
  • Politicians, including party leaders
  • National, state and city officials
  • Government-owned or government-sponsored sports teams/federations
  • Government-owned or government-controlled media
  • Government-owned or government-controlled charitable organizations
  • Government-owned or government-controlled landlords, property management companies
  • Teachers/coaches of public schools
  • Employees of state-owned entities

• 以下机构或组织的各级雇员、官员，或任何以官方身份为以下机构行使职权的个人：
当地或各级国家政府、政府部门、政府机构、机关与事业单位（如消防局、公安局），国际公共组织（如世界银行），国有或受国家控制的实体（如国有或国有控股企业、体育协会、受政府赞助的运动联盟或队伍、国有或国有控股的业主公司），受政府官员控制的慈善组织等；
• 政治人物、政治候选人、政党官员、王室成员；
• 对于以上被划分至“政府官员”范畴的个人，其亲属、亲密好友或代理人也应当被视作政府官员。

• 海关人员
• 健康安全监察人员
• 施工许可监察人员
• 政治人物，包括政党领导人
• 任何级别的政府官员
• 政府拥有的、或政府赞助的体育队伍或协会
• 政府拥有的、或政府控制的媒体
• 政府拥有的、或政府控制的慈善组织
• 政府拥有的、或政府控制的业主公司及地产管理公司
• 公办学校的教师或教练
• 国有企业的雇员
